Drainage

The image adjacent has been marked up to show the positions of the surface water drainage point of connection (blue circle), underground attenuation (blue rectangles) and foul water drainage point of connection (yellow circle). These are all located to the west of the development, away from the residential properties.

The drainage is designed so that the attenuation has capacity to store run-off up to a 1 in 100 year storm event plus 40% climate change event. Based on the latest designs, there is 3,437m³ of capacity in the attenuation being delivered as part of the development.
